Giovanna Liberali
Director - BTS
Giovanna is a Director with BTS in Milan and she is managing the Coaching Practice for BTS Italy. She is responsible for managing client relationships, development and delivery of complex projects.
She is a trainer in the Leadership Practice leading the development and the delivery of training programs addressed to executive, senior and middle managers. She also designs and delivers digital training programs and online contents.
From July 2016 to July 2019 Giovanna run the PMO responsibility for Italy.
Prior to joining BTS, she worked for Cesim Italy supporting clients with issues related to Human Performance, Leadership, Learning and Development. She was also the Operational Director for Lebu, a social learning platform, and she was responsible for all the video contents created for digital training programs.
She’s specialized in professional and personal development, strategic thinking, people management, leadership and self-leadership, interpersonal skills, work life balance.
Giovanna is fluent in Italian and English.
